Niki Welch

From the moment Niki Welch began the role as Lead Internal Quality Assurer for Counselling she took ownership of her curriculum. Moulding a team of her own all focused on quality support, excellent outcomes and working together to share good practice. She has worked tirelessly to ensure each learner has a unique learning journey, not only to ensure they meet the outcomes of their course, but to develop their confidence, knowledge and enjoyment of their subject.
