   In addition to gaining BSY qualifications, some courses also grant ABC or OCN certification of achievement*. This indicates that the course measurable learning outcomes have been benchmarked at the appropriate Level using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework level descriptors.

5. National awards for many courses

   Successfully completing an OCN graded course enables you to gain additional recognition for the skills you have learnt*. OCN Credit4Learning credits are also acceptable as a means of entry to further education and university education. BSY is approved and licensed as an ABC Quality Licence Scheme (QLS) Provider. This can enable you to gain formal recognition from a national awarding organisation for your studies, benchmarked at the appropriate level. ABC accreditation gives the additional assurance that the content of a training course is of a high standard and meets the rigorous requirements of a national awarding organisation*.

   Our courses have been specifically created to make studying convenient as well as enjoyable. You can study your course at home or wherever else you wish, fitting it around your family, job and other commitments. Courses are divided into clear and straightforward lessons that aim to make learning convenient, easy and enjoyable.

7. Learn in your own time, at your own pace

   There are no time limits with BSY courses so you can start when you’re ready. Our easy to understand lessons then enable you to progress at a pace and a time that suits you. You will be able to review the progress you make, from studying the theory to putting it into practice, as part of our supported process of professional development. Your final assessment is specially designed for you to take on your own, at home, and at a date and time that suit you best.

8. Tutors dedicated to your success

   Our friendly tutors can help you get the maximum benefit from your studies. They can give you prompt, expert feedback, guidance and friendly encouragement when you complete each lesson – allowing you to master each step before moving on to the next.
   In addition, throughout your course and afterwards, your tutor can answer your questions by phone, email, or fax and give you supportive feedback on reflective journals.

9. Practical training is available with some courses

   Our practical training gives you an opportunity to learn directly from an experienced tutor with specialist skills. One or two days’ practical training is available with some courses for a small additional fee.

10. Professional liability insurance for Practitioners

    Depending upon which course you successfully complete, you may be eligible for professional liability insurance – which protects both practitioners and their clients’ interests.

11. Helpful payment options

    Our payment options make it convenient and easy to enrol on your preferred course. Whichever way you choose to enrol, you can either pay in full or use our ‘pay-as-you-go’ plan where you make regular payments each month or with each assignment, whichever is the sooner.
